We are excited to welcome Valencia D. Barnes, D.D.S to our team. You may have already seen her around the office but if you haven’t we’d love to share her background with you.
Dr. Barnes extensive education and training is an asset to our practice. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed postgraduate residency in General Dentistry at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Queens where she received additional training in Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Oral Surgery.
Personalized care and treating each patient as an individual is important to Dr. Barnes. She strives to ensure each patient has a positive experience in the dental chair and wants to help them achieve a healthy and confident smile. You will appreciate her compassionate and calm approach, a quality she cultivates through volunteering.
When not at the office, Dr. Barnes enjoys spending time with her husband Cory and dog Gatsby. You can find her visiting museums, cycling, reading, discovering new restaurants, attending church, and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events with friends and family.
